Come and check out San Diego's premier Latin Jazz band. This is the original Con Alma, with John Rekevics on sax, Lynn Willard on piano, Tommy Aros on percusssion, Carlos Vasquez on drums, and Glen Fisher on bass. There will be a special guest, but you have to come to find out!
Grammy Award winning trumpeter and Yamaha artist BRIAN LYNCH is coming to Correia for a workshop and masterclass on May 12, 13 & 14, 2008. He will finish his trip to San Diego with a concert on May 14, involving all partizipating students. This opportunity is open to Dana Middle School, Correia JH, and PLHS students. This will be a great concert and a wonderful experience for all students to get exposed to an outstanding music performance.
